I'm delighted to hear that Biodanza classes are now being offered in DC! Michelle Dubreuil Macek is offering a Friday night series at The Church of the Holy City on 16th St, just north of P St. Biodanza encourages you to tap into the innate wisdom of your body in a safe, mirror free space through non-choreographed movement and to rediscover the pleasure and joy of connecting to life in a fuller and more embodied way. Beginning on Friday, October 5th and running through Friday, December 7th. Please note that only the first class is by donation. If you like what you experience at the donation based class this Friday, you can  buy a class card for the next 5 classes for $100 or drop in for $25 per class. RSVP required for all classes.
